The buyers can propose the properties they like. NEL’s technology will then make clever predictions on property price and will get back to them either with an approval on the property liked by the borrower or with a rough value NEL feels the declined property is overvalued by.

NEL loans are given to both owner-occupied and investment properties, which means buyers can use rental income from their tenants to cover part or all the mortgage payment and create wealth.

Absolutely. You are listed on title as the owner and can lease the property on the rental market.
